Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Returns are eligible within 10 days of delivery confirmation.

Item must be in the same condition received, unused, with all original packaging.

Proof of purchase required. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
If any items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s), please send any relevant photos to care@artisaan.co

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders, personalized items, made-to-order items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

No returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you'd like to exchange an item, the best option is to make a new and separate purchase, while the refund/return is being sent back and processed.

Once a refund is approved, a receipt will be sent to the original email used for the purchase. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
