Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase
Damaged: If you have an account set up through our store, you are able to initiate a refund/exchange process. If you do not, please send photos of the item(s) and packaging to shamese@artisaan.co within 7 days of receipt if you do not have an account setup through our store (and unable to initiate a return).
Returns: If you have an account set up through our store, you are able to initiate a refund/exchange process. Made-to-order items (blank fabric journals, bookmarks, rough pads) are typically not eligible for refund or exchange but if there is a special case and you are completely unhappy, please reach out to us at shamese@artisaan.co with photos and an explanation of the issue you are having. For all products, follow the same procedure (either through your account, or by emailing us)
