When do boxes ship?
The first two weeks of March, June, September and December.
All subscribers get a shipping confirmation when carrier is in possession of the box.
All boxes ship from Connecticut using USPS or UPS Ground.
When will I be charged?
On the day you sign up, and then every three months. Every subscription is quarterly.
You can view details of charges, subscription type, and also cancel all from your account login.
Can I send the subscription as a gift?
Yes! The shipping address should be of the recipient, and you can use the Notes field if you want to include a special message for the recipient.
Will my box include exactly what is in the photos?
Photos are examples of the variety of products to be expected, but are not exact. Fabric options will be different than shown, and we are always including new item variants for each box to keep it exciting. If there are any questions please contact before choosing your subscription.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Can I pause, skip, cancel?
You can manage your subscription through your portal.

Only when shipping to Connecticut.
Is shipping included?
No, shipping is additional, and calculated based on delivery address.
Where do you ship?
United States and Canada.
What if items are damaged?
It is always a priority to pack boxes as tightly as possible to avoid any accidents during travel to you.
If there is any damage, please send a photo of your box, and items to firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of receipt.
Sustainable shipping materials?
100% recycled and compostable shipping boxes, packing paper, fill, and tape. Non-compostable packing tape may be added as additional reinforcement if deemed necessary. We think about the environment as much as possible in our packaging and sourcing.
What about the products themselves?
Everyday, we are learning about harmful materials and are continuing to make changes to products as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible.
We work hard to eliminate as much waste as possible in every product we choose, and each time we ship. It is a goal to have the majority of products be 100% recyclable, biodegradable, and/or ethically sourced, as well as Fair Trade. It is important for us to connect with the makers behind the product.
