Studio Artisaan stationery orders are made to order, and may take up to two weeks to arrive to you between production and shipping, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Products showing in the 'for Artisaan' area are ready to ship with the exception of Hand Embellished Moon Phase Journals. These take up to four weeks to arrive.

Orders from brands we carry are ready to ship, but will be held if combined with a Studio Artisaan item that needs extra production time. If you prefer not to wait, please make two separate orders.


Due to the extreme stress for carriers around the holiday season, it is encouraged to order by Thanksgiving to ensure arrival by Christmas.

We use as much eco-friendly material as we can when packing and shipping products, including recycled and/or compostable materials. 


All orders are packed and shipped from Connecticut, using USPS, UPS, or Fedex.

Free shipping for orders over $150 to the contiguous United States. The most economical option is chosen, which can be up to 8 business days once shipped. Code US150

Please be aware of auto-correct and auto-fill. Artisaan is not responsible for re-shipment fees due to entry errors made by customer. Be sure to double check your shipping address before submitting.


Contactless Drop off is available for shipping addresses within 5 miles of Norwalk, Connecticut. The option will be available if applicable, at checkout.

If you receive it, and are just not feeling it, please email within 10 days of receipt, including any relevant photos of the item or packaging (for damages). 

Original packaging is required. Please pack item(s) for safety during transit. Item(s) damaged during transit are not eligible for refund.

Sale items are not refundable.

Shipping costs, including return shipping, are customer responsibility.

Once received in good condition, a refund will be issued to original payment method.


If interested in an exchange, the quickest way to receive new selections is to make a new order for those items, and receive a separate return for what has been authorized as a return by Artisaan.
